The Chain Clamp is a Double Jackscrew clamp for aligning and reforming pipes up to 54” diameter. Supplied in a metal storage box, each clamp comes with the length of chain required for the given pipe range and double jackscrew jackbars for clamping and aligning. A fitting alignment device is also included for the positioning of tees and elbows. A range of double chain clamps is also available for ultra heavy-duty applications, please enquire.
- Can align all pipe schedules accurately
- Jackscrews enable elimination of Hi-Lo points either side of the joint.
- Can re-form up to schedule 40 pipes
- Joints can be fully welded without removing the clamp
- Elbows, Tees, and other fitting can be accurately aligned
- Jackbars have two jackscrews with pivoting pads to compensate for uneven surfaces
